First, gather all of your ingredients:  500 grams of crab,  1 chopped onion,  2 cloves of minced garlic,  1 chopped tomato,  1 tablespoon of curry powder,  1 teaspoon of cumin,  1 teaspoon of coriander,  1 cup of coconut milk, and salt to taste.  Next, heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onions, garlic, and tomato.  Cook until the onions are translucent, then add the curry powder, cumin, and coriander.  Stir well to coat the vegetables.  Add the crab to the pan and stir to coat it with the spice mixture.  Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the crab is cooked through.  Season with salt to taste and serve the curry hot with rice or roti.
